I want to start off saying how i love my new Oak Creek Home. BUT.

There has been an ongoing problem with the flooring in my home: 1. Laundry Room- the flooring became soft, getting worse as time went by. We contacted customer service many times. It took about two months before anyone came to fix it ( I had to insist that some one needs to come check it out, why was the floor getting worse.) A crew came and tore the floor up to see what was going on, insisting it was thw washing machine leaking (new machine that we used since Harvey with no leaks).

They then went under the house to see where a leak cold be at. It took the several hours. They told me there was two places that the connections weren't tight enough, they fixed the problem. They came bacl into the house and put the flooring down.

Did not fix floor, told me they would be back the next week. After a month i call customer service to get status on when they would be coming. She said she didn't know anything about it and the crew who came has left Oak Creek. She asked me to send pictures of all the damaged flooring.

I did immediately. It has now been another month and i haven't heard from anyone. 2. There are staples holes that run the complete lenghth of the flooring whare the two sides were joined.

The strip of flooring that is used to cover doesnt match and isn't wide enough to cover the staple holes. 3. Ther are places in the flooring that look like cuts. There is one plce in kitchen that is getting worse.

It looks like they patched a place in living room (triangle shaped) that is visible. I paid a lot of money for this home and i want it to last. Right now it looks like i am going to have to replace the all flooring sooner than i would like. You advertise about the quality of your homes but this doesn't reflect that quality.

It may be that we got a bad section of flooring or this particular flooring just isn't good quality. If i had my way, the entie flooring would be replaced. It is that bad.

I have included some pictures, they don't really show how bad they are. Thank you, Genie Edgerly

You are so right. I wish I had gone to other pre-fab home builders or even to a home builder before I decided to buy our home.

We are still having major problems with our flooring.

Now, the electrical is giving us problems. And this is scary!
